1. Our surgeries are truly minimally invasive which is defined as an incision of less than one inch. (If the incision is greater than one inch then it is a convention surgery and more invasive.) Occasionally, for endoscopic hardware removal, an incision of slightly greater than one inch is required for removal of the screws or rods of the hardware. 

2. Cell Saver is a machine that attempts to recycle your blood after it is lost during surgery. These devices are only utilized for cases with excessive bleeding and thus we don't utilize them.

3. Rarely a patient does require a hospital admission but occasionally it occurs. If an admission does occur, you can be sure that our staff and not some unknown doctor will be in charge of your care.

4. Our surgeries don't require P.T. in most cases but we allow it if you desire P.T. and thus it can be worked into your treatment.

5. Our surgeries offer a heavy sedation that allows comfort but safety during the surgery with our patent pending sedation mixture.
